Terms and Conditions

1/3 deposit required at time of booking via credit card or direct deposit with the balance payable on arrival.
Current, valid credit card will be required at check in.
Guests without a credit card will be required to pay a $500 cash bond.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express ( 1.8% surcharge applies to American Express payments)
Valid photo ID must be produced (and will be photocopied) at check-in.
Cancellations made outside 21 days incur a $50 admin fee.
Cancellations made within 7 to 21 days, deposit is retained.
Cancellations made with only 7 days notice or less or a no show, full accommodation cost charged.
*** We DO NOT accept bookings for “Bucks” or “Hens” parties, end of year sporting groups or “schoolies”.
Bookings from residents of the local area will be accepted ONLY following consultation direct with the property.
Management reserves the right to decline or evict any booking at any time, at their discretion. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made.
